Registration Information 

Registration for families to apply for the Day of Giving will be open November 1 st through November 20 th .
Families must qualify and register to receive toys and coats on Toy Bank’s Day of Giving held Saturday,
December 9 th , 2023

You can register Online or In Person at one of the following locations and times:
• Mon, Nov 6, from 4 – 6 pm at the PR Library Study Center, 3600 Oak St, Paso Robles
• Thurs, Nov 9, from 4 – 6 pm at Shandon Elementary School Cafeteria, 301 S. 1 st St, Shandon
• Mon, Nov 13, 4 – 6 pm at the Lillian Larsen Elementary School Meeting Rm, 1601 L St, San Miguel
• Thurs, Nov 16, 4 – 6 pm at Pifer Elementary School Rm 104, 1350 Creston Rd, Paso Robles

Applicants MUST Live in:
- Paso Robles, Bradley, San Miguel, Heritage Ranch or Shandon
- Have children between the ages of infant to 12 years old
- Have a parent or guardian appear to register,

And provide the following documents at the time of registration. *
1. Photo ID of Parent or Guardian
2. Proof of Address (Current Utility Bill - PG&E, SoCal Gas)
3. Birth Certificate for each Child 0-12 years old
4. Proof of Income or Medi-Cal

With Online Registration it provides the ease of uploading all the required documents into your registration form, but if for any reason you are unable to upload at the time of registering, please email them to registration@prtoybank.org
